The second event of the day was the Sect Wars event where there were four 4-player teams sharing four starters plus half box of boosters of the following editions:

• Keepers of Tradition
• Lords of the Night
• 3rd Edition
• Legacies of Blood

The deck building session lasted for an hour where the participants could build four decks with the given materials for their team. The deck had to be 60 to 90 cards, but the draft texts of the cards could actually be used.
